Claims to run an Arbitrum Orbit Layer 3 on Robinhood Chain that uses the existing CASHCAT memecoin as native gas. CCC is a separate token they sell as governance. This is not the original CASHCAT memecoin. Phemex listed cashcat.network as an impersonator of that project.
