Raxol is an Elixir/OTP agent runtime: each agent is a supervised process with its own wallet and can spend only under a human-signed mandate. The same lab's Xochi venue is meant to fill those orders privately so they do not hit the public mempool. $RAXOL is the Virtuals agent token for that stack, launched on Robinhood Chain.
