So the tens-of-millions valuation argument is actually the small part of the thesis. The massive upside case is: $NVM becomes an early example of “tokenized open-source infrastructure,” and other projects copy the model. This will be a slow cooker.

A Solana pump.fun token branded as nvm, the off-chain POSIX shell tool that installs and switches Node.js versions. The CLI is real and widely used; the token has no on-chain product. Maintainer Jordan Harband has posted that he claimed creator fees, bought supply, and may pay contributors or offer holder perks.

I don't know if this is real or his account is hacked but Jordan Harband (@ljharb) is currently deep in on $NVM. He’s the long-time maintainer of nvm (the Node version manager millions of devs use). Ex-Coinbase, TC39, very legit. He’s claimed the creator fees, bought supply himself, said he’s holding long, planning to lock bags, pay contributors with $NVM, and just shipped a new nvm release while crediting the token support.
