Open project pageRatspeak is an encrypted mesh client on Reticulum: identities are local keypairs, and messages hop over LoRa, Bluetooth, WiFi, TCP, or I2P with no account server. The stack includes desktop and mobile apps, LoRa handheld firmware, and experimental peer-to-peer voice. A Base community token was later adopted; the project says it is not required to use the network.
