Which one has more chances to survive? $NET or $SEMI Purely on game theory and math? SEMI and it's not close. NET is still fundamentally playing the same ohm game that failed dozens of times: print dilution on one side, pray demand outpaces it on the other. the only thing that changed is the wrapper (games, SDK, bonds with vesting). the core death spiral vector is untouched. at 16x NAV with no floor and no redemption, if demand dries up for even 2 weeks the premium compresses and the paper hands dump into the dilutive bleed. it's a demand-dependent flywheel with no backup parachute. SEMI actually solved the ohm death spiral at the mechanism level: - kill zone forces stakers to actively defend the floor or lose their emissions — turns the biggest liability (exit liquidity) into a defense force - floor ratchets up mechanically via tax flow + MU appreciation, independent of market sentiment - can survive zero demand for months because the floor just keeps crawling up regardless - the only way it dies is if MU goes to zero and no one defends — MU is micron, a trillion-dollar semicon company, not going to zero NET needs everything to go right to survive a month. SEMI needs nothing to go right — the math works in a bear market, sideways market, or bull market. One is a casino that needs constant foot traffic. the other is a bunker with a rising floor. SEMI is the cockroach of DeFi — no brain, no frills, just a floor that keeps rising and a kill zone that makes stakers defend it instead of run from it. market can go to zero, liquidity can dry up, apocalypse can hit, and SEMI just keeps ratcheting up in the corner off its own tax flow + MU. not the sexiest, but built to outlast everything else.

Backing by MU stock There goal is to acquire and hold more MU stock so that backing for SEMI goes up floor goes up 2. Staking $Semi Stake SEMI get new SEMI but this is not deflationary you send it or only release when the value of $SEMI goes up ( new watermark is achieved) For example if previous value of Semi was like $1 and it increases to 1.1$ ( new watermark ), in that case new tokens are minted and distributed to stakers. If price falls and no new watermark is achieved, there will be no minting. 3. BONDING It also offers bonding. You give MU to protocol and it give you Semi at a discount. But it has a vesting period of 24 h 4. Fees The fees from protocol goes to backing of Semi (Buying and holding MU stock) which further strengthens the floor.
