An AI agent researches the thesis against the live universe of tokenized equities, constructs a weighted portfolio, deploys it from the user's own smart account, and re-underwrites daily with written reasoning. The user stays in full control: assets never leave their wallet,and every agent action comes with an explanation.

The agent researches both sides, chooses allocations, deploys capital through smart accounts and continuously re-evaluates whether positions should be held, increased or changed. ~ Every decision becomes part of an onchain track record. That utility fits almost perfectly with what @virtuals_io / $VIRTUAL is now exploring through Occupy: treasuries backed by productive assets that need intelligent agents capable of managing capital instead of simply holding it. Convik already has the missing layer. Research. Allocation. Execution. Re-underwriting. Accountability. Builder @unseenfleet also brings previous AI experience around @elizaOS and @enter_delta, adding real technical pedigree behind the product. And this is where the asymmetry gets interesting: Occupy could create thousands of new tokenized-asset treasuries.
