A DN404 on Robinhood Chain: 1,000,000 PAPES ERC-20 with a mirrored 1,000-cap ape NFT. Holding 1,000 PAPES mints one ape; selling below that burns it. The token launched 13 Aug 2026 in a Uniswap v4 PAPES/ETH pool. The name copies a 2021 Hayden Adams tweet; he is not behind this.

  • Team is anonymous; no docs or GitHub. @PolicyApes was created 13 Aug 2026; operator identity not established.
  • Website still says Ethereum, zero supply, CA soon, and LP burned to 0xdEaD, which does not match the Robinhood deployment.
  • PAPES was already the ticker of PolygonApes. An ETH token at 0x252382479725fb512a50e1d0f75a5388a98e4ef5 also used the Policy Apes name.
  • Whether launch was a distinct onchain auction, and whether 100% of supply entered the pool, not verified.
